OPINION (For Publication) BENCH, Judge: This matter was presented to us as an appeal of right from a purportedly "final order" under Rule 3 of the Utah Rules of
Appellate Procedure. A final order, however, has never been entered in this case. Upon motion of this court, a hearing was
held to consider whether we have jurisdiction. 1 We conclude that this appeal is not properly before us and dismiss it
for lack of jurisdiction.
